Back in 1968 Lennon mixed a new song he was working on called "Across The Universe", it was three mounts and 37 seconds long. The record companies at the time wanted the song to go towards a wildlife foundation with sound effects added to the beginning of the song. In order to fit as one single record the mix had to be sped up, destroying Lennon's original intention. For the first time enjoy hearing this song the way it was intended to be heard, three years in the making!

Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.
In addition, the Center for Media and Social Impact (CMSI) has adopted a set of best practices as it relates to the copyright doctrine of fair use when making online videos.
